Q magazine each month list the 20 essential tracks for the month. In the latest issue, Cinnamon Girl is at No.1. And it states:-

In the Q awards report, some of the guests helped compile the best party playlist. Matt Bellamy from Muse chose Kiss - the song not the band! - stating that although really simple and stripped down, it's funky with a driving groove.
