1. Is Prince your favourite male artist? Yes. Tied with Bowie.
2. Is Prince your favourite artist overall? same as above 3. First album/single you bought? I had Purple Rain and Lovesexy given to me; the first one I actually bought was Batman. 4. When did you become a fan? (which era) I had a bit of punctuated equilibrium with my Prince fandom. I first took notice and realized I loved him in '84. But I was only 8. I started collecting his music in earnest in '89. 5. Your favourite album? Lovesexy 6. Your favourite song? I Wish U Heaven 1, 2, 3 7. Who's your favourite Prince protegé? Depends. As a person, Wendy. As a musician, Sheila. As albums, Madhouse. 8. Your favourite tour? That I actually saw, I'd have to say the Celebration 2002 shows are the highlights of my Prince fandom. From what I've seen and heard though, the Lovesexy aftershows and Livesexy video are hard to beat. 9. Which Prince songs do you know completely by heart? (or at least think you do?  ) all of 'em!

Prince and Michael Jackson are my favourite male artists, but I'm in a Prince period right now. 2. Is Prince your favourite artist overall? yes, with Michael. 3. First album/single you bought? New Power Soul, just a feeling. 4. When did you become a fan? (which era) I was always interested in his work, but really since Musicology. 5. Your favourite album? At this moment The Truth, but I love most of them. 6. Your favourite song? The Beautiful Ones. 7. Who's your favourite Prince protegé Cat. 8. Your favourite tour? One Nite Alone. 9. Which Prince songs do you know completely by heart? (or at least think you do? )

I was intrigued by the picture of the little fucker on the cover. 4. When did you become a fan? (which era) After witnessing the first Parade show here in London (when I was just a little whippersnapper) I made a vow I would always follow this artist's career with the utmost interest to the bitter end. 5. Your favourite album? Eighties: Will plump for Dirty Mind, then follow up with the 1999 double album. Purple Rain will always remain a guilty pleasure, despite its commercial appeal. Parade is, of course, a divine experience to be revisited again and again. The decade, however, ends in style with Madhouse 8. Nineties: You can't go wrong with The Undertaker and The Gold Experience. Emancipation is still comfort food for my ears. Noughties: The Rainbow Children, One Nite Alone... (studio) and N.E.W.S. I don't care what anyone says. 6. Your favourite song? Are you serious? Far too many to mention. But I'm currently hooked on Avalanche, a vastly overlooked track, even by P's current audience. 7. Who's your favourite Prince protegé Jill Jones and Mavis Staples. 8. Your favourite tour? ONA (European leg of the tour) 9. Which Prince songs do you know completely by heart? (or at least think you do? ) Around 80%.
