Our last petition B4 the year is out. OK people, Prince has had a really great year! He's given us a great album and a most spectacular tour. With the 20 year anniversary of Purple Rain, various appearances, and the release of the "Cinnamon Girl" video, Prince is very much so in demand, and in the publics eye. Wouldn't it be great for him to end the year with a number one single as well? Am I the only one who believes that "The Marrying Kind/If Eye Was The Man In Ur Life" would make a great double single/double video? These two songs are top 10 material. Just think of it, a two track single that could be played either as one track or two separate tracks, the tracks could be marketed to any radio format. The video could be the same. I've got 2 co-sign with U on that! The 2 songs rock - especially the way one goes right into the other. U don't even realize it the first time U listen 2 it. I hope Prince does go out with a bang. I've got so much love for him  He deserves more accolades and awards than he gets. He's a legend. He probably won't get any awards or even a nomination at the Amercian Music Awards, the Grammys or Billboard Awards. He'll probably lose out to musically "lite" musicians like Usher or Justin Timberlake. Why would U even put him in the same category. Reall,y there's no comparison. I'm sorry 4 the rant. I just couldn't help myself. That's how I love him so. | |

What would be really cool is if Prince would be in Times Square on New Years Eve and play a few hits, including 1999 although its a few years too late. LOL | |
