tis truly a great show
im not too partial to The One but hearing it live and on this recording is bloody good.  Fuck the funk - it's time to ditch the worn-out Vegas horns fills, pick up the geee-tar and finally ROCK THE MUTHA-FUCKER!! He hinted at this on Chaos, now it's time to step up and fully DELIVER!!

Whole Lotta Love on this is awesome, the way it starts right out of bambi... its the one track on this that I listen to over and over.

"Prince and the Band" is definitely messed up! I love how when Prince raps, "My band's tight" he kinda laughs, as if to say, "Well, USUALLY they are..."
It sounds like whatever DJ he has playing loops just got way off the beat at the beginning of the song. No confusion, no tears. No enemies, no fear. No sorrow, no pain. No ball, no chain.

It sounds to me that Prince is just having fun with the vocals then goes wild on the solo. I agree that Prince's vocal on WLL are not tip top, but he still captures the energy of the song with his guitar playing. Especially on the Vega version. But, that is just my opinion. Lata ps; I am just glad that Prince is paying his props to Zep. I have wondered for years if they were an influence on him or not. Cause tomorrow is taking too long
