Lyrics about Prince featured rapper Nas's new song

Rapper Nas has recently recorded a new song, "Bridging The Gap", with his father. The music video is out and already beinging played but MTV and Bet. "Bridging the Gap" was directed by Dianne Martel and will be the next release from the double album, Street's Disciple, due November 30. The clip has plenty of performance scenes with Nas and dad together. The song also features some lyrics about our man Prince that is as follows:

"My father's music like Prince searching through boxes of Purple Rain, but my Minneapolis was the bridge..."

I've seen half the video and don't care for the song, so I haven't heard him say that. I don't like his music anyway

Nas is my favorite rapper...his music speaks to the soul!
He is a reality...when most rappers dream up sh*t and Nas, tells it like it is!

Can't waite for the new dbl album and I love this song!
