I completely agree with you! The Continental is a kickass song and the non-Prince fans I've played it for always comment on how it just compells a person to move. Can't sit still during this one. I love listening to it with the volume cranked up as loud as possible. | |

Oh My God, i love this track so much, if he released this track in today's day and age.. i truly believe that it could possible be a top 10 hit.. it is so sexc and smooth..the youth of today would love it! | |

NouveauDance - thanks for giving props to a much-neglected track
Perhaps it isn't one of Prince's most innovative songs, but as a kickass, booty-shaking dance track, it does the trick. 
The  album was the first Prince album I owned and - when I heard 'The Continental' - that was it! Hooked for life. | |

I love this track too , it took a few listens to really gel for me though , but now its one of my faves. I love the way he goes from high falsetto to his deeper voice in the 1st verse , the sound effects in the intro and 2nd verse , the extended sex-rap , the whole shebang basically Check out Chocadelica , updated with Lotusflow3r and MPLSound album lyrics April 2nd 2009 :
