Yahoo! Plus (the premium version of Yahoo services, but I belive the same content is featured for Yahoo!-SBC DSL customers), today is highlighting the Cinnamon Girl video controversy, with a link to view the video at LAUNCH, and to the AP article (see earlier feature...)

cool, anyone know how this is affecting sales, actually ill just check hits daily doubles...well hes not in the top 50 so far!

would be nice to see at least a steadying of sales, keeping in the 7k region, which is pretty good for an album with one top 100 hit (after 6 months)

Is it true that this clip was censored on TV, or there were just rumours?
Glad to see Prince receiving some media attention in the politicial/social area. It shows the general public that he is not just a ´partyman pop star´.

It's on MSN's homepage as well, but it was more prominent when it was on last week. I also heard a segment on the pop radio station I have on in my car about how "controversal" the video is. The radio segment was about a minute long. Said MTV is going to add the video to their rotation next week, but might not add it at all because it's so controversal. It ended by plugging the NPGMC giving the web addy and saying you can view the video there.

I just read Tijuana's "Frontera" Diary and they have this big article on the "Cinnamon Girl" video controversy, this is defently big!

It was on EXTRA and they talked about the conterversy and also showed the video and showed the the clip of the suiside

They talked about it on the Today show this morning as well (in conjunction with Eminem's new video that makes fun of MJ).
