Adios, Spanish villa

Mayte gives Star a last look at the Marbella, Spain, villa she must have gotten in her divorce from Prince. "We had an apartment in Paris, but Prince had fallen in love with Spain when he performed there," Star quotes Mayte, who now lives in L.A. Star says Prince bought the villa as a wedding gift to Mayte in 1998. "But now, since the couple parted ways four years ago, Mayte is ready to part with the house, too." The $4.5 million, 10,000-square-foot house with three large bedrooms is listed with a real estate agent. The glyph that Symbolina once took for a name is featured in the furnishings. "His symbol is everywhere," reads a graphic pointing to a glyph embroidered in a mauve-colored chair. A pair of vases show the glyph interrupted with an M (as in Mayte?) People magazine did a spread on this estate in 2000, complete with pix of Prince lounging on a couch in an ornate gown reading the Bible
