Have any of you written to Prince? If you could write a letter to Prince, what would write?

Actually, when I bought my first Prince album, "Dirty Mind", back in 1980, I wrote to the fan club address that was on the inner sleeve. I was in my early teens so my immature mind did not know that this was not actually going to Prince. I wrote it just as if it was and even started it with "Dear Prince".

It was a really silly ass letter, as you can imagine, coming from a young 11 or 12 year old boy. Anyway, a few months later, I received a post card with a picture of Prince with a bandana around his neck and an autograph that said "My all...Prince". Of course, it was a stamp, but at the time, I didn't know it. The post card got "lost" when I moved years later.

No, ive never written a letter to him. I think that is basically because I don't even know where to write to im not that smart like that. Although if I could write to him I suppose I would thank him for what he has done with music and probaly say a whole bunch of other rambling things he may not even feel like reading or maybe he would crack up I have no idea.

I would love to write to P, but I have no freakin idea where to send something. I have yet to find out what the address is in Toronto. DOES ANYONE KNOW THAT ADDRESS OR ANY OTHER ADDRESS SO THAT SOMEONE CAN SEND A LETTER? As far as what I would say I would have to just start writing and let inspiration guide me.

I would have no idea where to start!!! I LOVE him SOOOOO much words cannot explain. But i would probably thank him for all the wonderful things he has done for music and for me. Being 16 right now, i would let him no that there are still young fans out there that totally respect him and that he will always be loved by everyone.

I wrote to Prince and I gave my letter to him in one of his performances.I wonder if he read it.I have been watching him from the distance so much time...he is so lovely.

Yeah I wrote him a letter & it said how much I love him & I sent him a pic a drew of him

I wrote a letter to him once... I had to. He's the only artist I feel this strongly for (where I'm at a website dedicated to him, like - every day and shit...) ( )

Anyway... around '99 or '00 I wrote him.

MoFo never answered me...

Not even a "form" letter....
