Its controversial that in some way i consider Lovesexy a much better album than ATWIAD, but its just not as important to me. It feel a bit cold compared to the rest. So, i vote Lovesexy out. And feel sad about it. Nice 2 cents, but I disagree. I think TGE is a top 5 album actually. And personally Dirty Mind is in the bottom five. Those are my cents.  | |

Now, did TGE do the same??? I dont think so. Thats one more reason why Dirty Mind is a classic, and TGE is not. BTW, Dirty Mind is not underproduced. It is produced with good taste. You know i am right. ********************************************

Can't beleive some of you already vote off Lovesexy, for me it's the ultimate Prince cd with some much melodies, different rhythms, ideas etc. etc....it was like a trip when i first heard it!

Because it is the best Prince album (the "old Prince" at his best) and deserves to win. Anyway, everyone has their own tastes. Personally, I can't see why "Controversy" (the "old Prince") is gone and late 1980s albums still linger on. One thing I'm glad to see though, ALL of the 1990s albums are gone. At least most of us agree on one thing. Andy is a four letter word. | |
