No its not. I too do not feel like this is one of his stongest albums out of the bunch. it
is his most commercially successfull, but not his best. I will too soon wield the ax on "Purple Rain", but right now I must boot

Lovesexy!! It doesn't have the staying power for me. He began to get side tracked here with over production and religion. Still a good CD but not as good as the rest!
