It's cool to get opinions, but don't have what others think determine your purchase. Miles was an ARTIST in every sense of the word (took his ART very seriously, striving to exceed himSELF smile ) so there's little chance you'll be disappointed; and, if you are, the work may grow on you, like so many have mentioned Prince Albums have had to do so in various cases. In summary, one man's rock is another man's pearl ... or sumthin' like dat!
BUY IT and make your own decision, love. PEACE.

Get it NOW!!!!

It's the best SOTT-concert I've heard, including the best version of Beautiful Night!!!!

Don't expect to much from Miles Davis.... he only plays 1 minute or so.

But serious... get this cd is you can:
1. great sound
2. great version of Beautiful Night
3. and much more

It's one of my favorite bootlegs

Not only is it worth a listen but you should know it was also captured on video as well,(check it out). My favourite moment was the lengthy'It's Gonna Be A Beautiful Night' portion, incorporating 'Chain Of Fools'. As soon as Miles comes onstage you should see the faces of the band members, especially those of Eric Leeds and Atlanta Bliss... it is obvious they consider playing alogside someone like Miles that to be one of the key moments in their lives... Actually, I've decided it's gotta be seen on video for everyone to fully appreciate it...

I bought the CD a few weeks ago, and I have only listened to it twice. I think it's pretty good, but I haven't caught where Miles is playing. The 2nd cd supposedly has the video on it, but I honestly haven't had the time to play it yet. I'll pop it in now.

Miles can be seen playing on the 'Beautiful Night' segment only, wearing an "appropriate to the occasion" purple suit onstage (even though no -one else is wearing anything the slightest bit purple...)
