Hate Prince I am huge fan of Prince and a few months ago I told my sister in law who is 25 that I thought Prince was hott and that I'm a fan. You know her reaction? She was angry at me for liking him. She told me that he a gay fag who sings about sex, gay sex and body parts. I was like so. I don't even know half the things he means in his music. I love his music and I like him. I not going to marry him or anything. She told me people who collect things their crazy. I was like what? But I don't care I love Prince and his music and I will not listen to anybody that has negative thoughts about him. He is a changed man thanks to Mani, so thank you Mani, and he believes in God. First of all, your sister in law is only 25 so what the hell would she know about good music in general, let alone Prince's music? I've seen people under 35 that like real music but it is very rare.
As far as her calling him a gay fag that sings about gay sex...what Prince albums does she own to know whether he is singing about gay or straight sex? She is strictly judging him by his appearance. People back in the day have always questioned his sexuality but it never mattered. The music was the only thing that mattered. Of course, people knew what real music was back then. If she thinks he's a "gay fag" and has a problem with it, tell her that he's a rich "gay fag" that became rich off of people like her daddy and all her uncles who bought his records back in the day. Tell her that the rich "gay fag" is the one laughing and spending their money. That will shut her ass up. And if that doesn't shut her up, tell her what I love to tell people: "He has been shoving a gay image down your throat for years.....now, bend over so he can shove it up your ass!" I am 32 but i dig Prince since i was 16.Never looked his image,just got crazy with the music! Yes he used to sing about sex and i pray every day for him to sing it againg.if he doesnt ok. But he sings about a very diferent things,friendship,love,humanity,race issues,politics(not very good at it)just listen SOTT. So if he is gay or not? i dont care,i dont care for what people say about him,usualy they cant sing one single line of his work,so for what reason should i care for what they say? And about thanking Mani and god for changin him ....whell,i respect others peoples belives but there wasant any problem with him before,he was and is a brilliant artist,so you didnt like him before his JW convertion?and so to dig Prince after JW is ok but before not?
