YAY! I am SO pleased TRC didn't make it into the top ten. It's rubbish compared to the rest. Hell, I prefer N.E.W.S. to TRC !!

Anyhoo, now that sanity is partially restored (excluding the bizarre early exit of Diamonds and Pearls) it is time to get serious.

Reluctantly, time to kick off "Musicology".

Nice "come back" (don't tell Prince I said that, LOL) but it just doesn't hold together as an album. A dozen nice tracks on one CD, but not an "Album"... you know what I mean?

Ok if Controversy doesnt go this time i wont be visiting this thread again, im soo pissed off that the freaks on this site voted "The Rainbow Children" off before this average album. The Rainbow Children is a top 10 Prince Album at least, to see it outside the top 10 is ludicrous.

i vote CONTROVERSY!

AHHHHH SHUT UP!!!!!

BTW, I just noticed something: there are 11 albums left, so shouldn't the "Exit" list start at #12?

That's because there will be one album left that won't be voted off.... so the list details only the voted off lp's...

The Black Album shouldn't have made it this far, and TRC should have been in the top 5.

Thing is with these votes, like I learned with Jams Of The Year last year, is that we end up with the albums or songs that least people dislike, as opposed to the ones most people love. An album like TRC has a ton of people who love it, but since there are also a ton of people who dislike it, it was voted off...

Why?!? Was it because of the lyrics? Why would one of Prince's best albums, quite possibly his VERY best album, not make it into the top 10 (it was so close)? I had hoped the last 3 albums remaining would be Purple Rain, LoveSexy and The Rainbow Children.

Hope in one hand and shit in the other ...

Luv & Peace,
