Well since P does'nt talk about his personal life we only here 1 side of a 2 sided story. Nona, i don't think she hates P. I just think she got her heart broke and had 2 slow her life down.

I don't know what Nona's definition of "with him" for three years is. But she sounds like the kind of clingy girl who gets fucked and won't go away.
Hanging around a single guy who's screwing other women for threee years is not being " together."

She hardly seems like Prince's type and Prince rarely has the attention span to hang around conquests for three years. I'm sure the ring to Mayte didn't come out of the blue ... she must have been in denial about what was really going on.


By the way, look at how she just brings him up in the interview like he was the worst thing to happen to her. It's not even a smooth transition. It's like she was dying to mention it.

Even if they did have some past she perceived as negative, don't start trying to dog him publicly just because you were young, naive, stoned, and lost in hallucinations.


What a fool, she even let him clown her in video movie where he's searching for Mayte and she's at home watching it and crying all alone. Pathetic.

Whether her being so makes sense to anyone else or not, Nona's obviously hurt by what happened between she and Prince. I don't necessarily agree with her yakking about the details of the relationship in interviews like she's done, but damn - Prince shouldn't have screwed a barely legal young woman with substance abuse problems. That wasn't really 'right', either. He was older. He could've gone elsewhere and left her alone.

I just don't think it's fair or right to dump everything on Nona and call her "pathetic" because she, as a VERY YOUNG GIRL, got used and thrown away like an old Kleenex by an older man who theoretically should have just left her alone.

i feel sorry for her. it does seem like he takes advantage of these young girls. but it does take two. how could she not know that he was mayte if they were together for 3 years? maybe it was a thing where she thought she could 'win' him some how i don't know. i know women who have fought over the same man and both stayed with him in hopes of 'winning' him. i know people think astrology is a crock but he does act like his sign gemini. he likes change and he loses interest fast. women should be cautious before they get all mushy with him.

you know it's funny because I just read an extract from the book 'The Dirt' (autobiography of Motley Crue) and someone mentions Vanity and how she was with Prince at the time and had a serious cocaine problem.
