Sign 'O' the Times DVD

I'm sure this question has been asked before, but is Sign 'O' the Times available anywhere on DVD?

Thanks! If anybody has the official, I'd love to know how the quality is.

Picture - Looks like a used VHS tape. Constant imperfections thruout like a scratched tape.

Sound - Brilliant (in 2.0, 5.1, and 5.1 DTS).

There is the Dutch DVD released which is in PAL Region 2 format and the Brazilian version NTSC. Both SUCK ASS in quality, taken from the VHS version from the reviews.

There are tons of bootleg versions around, most notibly the BRAVE and GALATUS(sp) versions, both of which are from Laserdisc and look great minus a little darkness which is how the original Laserdisc version is, but at least its digital.
