Full "3 Chains O' Gold" live? Hello all,
Was there ever a full version of "3 Chains O' Gold" performed live? So far I've only heard shortened versions in a medley with "And God Created Woman". Anyone got the 411? Thanks, stormbringer No Sonny T?

I donĀ“t think it would work live, or maybe if he used lots of samples, it got too much layers, and i dunno if the song would work without them. He plays the final guitar solo when he performs Shh nowadays by the way.

I downloaded 3 Chains o Gold live a long time ago. From the live concert in America in 93, CD was called 'Shes a Peach', it does work somewhat, but isn't really a live song, just sounds weird with the complete track list.

It was played on the Act I tour in 1993 (and features on several recordings including Florida, Atlanta, Fairfax and New York.)
The song was also played at the second Excel Energy Center concert in St Paul in June 2001 and had been played earlier in the week when a few Celebration attendees were let into the sound stage area at Paisley Park on the afternoon of the first day of the Celebration to hear the band run through a section of the rehearsed show. I'm pretty sure the 2001 performance wasn't the complete song - and they had audio problems when performing it in St Paul ... but I'm working from memory ALT+PLS+RTN: Pure as a pane of ice. It's a gift.

Yeah, I've heard the Radio City show, and others from Act 1. It's not a full version, and I was just wondering if he had ever done it that way. Sounds like he hasn't... stormbringer No Sonny T?
