Limited Editions of the Albums [Q 4 the oldies perhaps?] Hey Folx,
I was just wondering. Since I became a fan in 1998, I've been able 2 pick up most of the limited editions of the albums Prince released since then: Batman black circular box Diamonds&Pearls Hologram [in US this was regular release??] 0(+> gold box Black Album [limited release un2 itself] But I'm wondering if there have ever been limited editions of albums like Parade or Sign O The Times [obviously not with different songs, I know, but with different packaging]. 4 instance, I've seen a lot of pictures of the PARADE album with a slightly different cover. My copy only has Prince's picture on it, but the very early edition, I believe, also had "Prince And The Revolution: Parade music from UTCM" printed on the cover booklet. Anyone??? Thanx. | |

Yes, there is a different limited edition of Diamonds and Pearls that comes in a pink with paisley prints and shaped container | |

Limited albums...hmm lets see...
Vinyl: Controversy with "the" poster. (US) 1999 single album (Europe) Purple Rain Picture Disc (Mexico?) Purple Rain with poster (everywhere) All the various black albums CD Around the world in a day (gold CD) Around the world in a day (long box) SOTT in original double case? Lovesexy (tracked, now available in Europe) I'm thinking as I type so I've probably forgotten some... Bet there are a million different Jap versions . |

u know ive bought 3 different ATWIAD cds...
#1 long box with cd envelope inside green writing on the cd #2 Same with black writing on the cd #3 longbox with regular cd case and green writing on the cd i also have 2 graffiti bridge cds...with different inside booklets i guess these are just 2nd/3rd pressings....etc...they werent labeled LTD.ED. or anything i bought SOTT when it came out and it was in a long box with 2 seperate cds/2 seperate books...now its in a 2cd case... oh! come to think of it i have 2 different dirty mind cds too..1 cd has a grey printed label on it (looks very old) and the other has the words printed on the cd itself....
