I'm still not voting of trc because that album kinda restored my faith in the man, after a lot of dissapointing realeases (c&d, nps, rave,...) that album got me hooked again, for me it may survive a lot longer
It was not in vain...it was in Minneapolis!

Rainbow Children vs. Come = Decent jazzy music with no-fun, preachy lyrics worse than decent poppy music with mostly silly lyrics

Rainbow Children should go

Can anyone explain to me how the hell Come has beaten out Emancipation,Rave,Crystal Ball,Chaos and Disorder, and now possibly prince and Musicology.

perhaps a more legitimate way to do this is to request people to list their favs from top to bottom and then someone could collate them to get a more accurate depiction of our fav prince albums.

at the moment what seems to be happening is that someone will mention an album early on in the thread and then everyone sees that is likely to be kicked off and votes for it (instead of voting for what they really want kicked off).

just an idea but it would be great to implement

It was clear the moment I saw the list that it was going to be prince this time, but still, I'm voting based on the level of excitement and its duration when the album was released. That puts Come and Musicology equal here BUT Come has grown on me in recent years, so I'm wasting my vote on:

Musicology
