I think this a great, very underappreciated song...

I think it is seductive, melodic, and very well arranged (killer harmonies, too!). A shame that the video was a few months too late! (From what I can remember, it was fairly cool).

Sounds strange to say, but I think if he had said "told" instead of "sold" in the title and chorus, it would have gone over better. It just left you going, what the hell's he talkin' about?

I'd just like some thoughts on the track. I think it was a really interesting song that got lost during a weird time...

It's great--just not good for a single.
Clive should have released "So Far, SO Please"--if anything becuase the lead singer of No Doubt was on it.

The song doesn't quite work, maybe it's just a bit too drawn out; doesn't flow well enough.

He was selling the hell out of his own relationship two years earlier.

Was it about Adam & Eve?

The video implied that Adam & Eve had a shotgun wedding.

One of those weird lines, like "Would you be a happy boy or a girl?"
