I heard it's becuase he doesn't believe in toilet paper. So he uses his hands and soap and water to cleanup.

Of course, he only uses his right hand, so you can shake his left, if he hasn't recently picked his nose with that hand.

It all started from this thread. I had "Never shake Prince's hand" as my signature for a while because of his "alleged" potty habits.
