Duane is Prince's stepbrother, the son of John L's wife after he and Prince's mother, Mattie divorced. He does have a half-brother that is the child of his mother, Mattie and her second husband, Haywood Baker. His name is Omar. Prince and Duane are about the same age, but Omar is quite a few years younger, so that's probably who you mean. No clue as to where he is or what he might be doing.

he was a kid on stage during the Purple Rain tour, at the end of the show.
