Zombie Movie Prince Reference just saw an extended trailer for the new film, "Shaun of the Dead", in one scene
the leads are flipping through their collection of vinyls to toss at the zombies' heads.. in deciding what vinyls to use they come across some Prince albums and the dialogue goes a little something like this: Guy 1: "Purple Rain?" Guy 2: "No" Guy 1: "Sign of the Times?" Guy 2: "Definitely Not!" Guy 1: "Batman Soundtrack!" Guy 2: "Chuck it!" which begs the question, would you do the same, or would you rather fall victim to the zombies and be satisfied that you could still listen to "Arms of Orion" as you hunted for your next brain?!?!

I think I would just buy a new copy of the CD after I've secured my brain from the zombies.

For everyone in the USA, this movie was released in April in the UK, so this is *OLD* news.
Although, I expect to see 47 more threads telling the Prince community about this tiny reference. // [Edited 9/17/04 13:41pm]
