Happy love41another day everybody! 
From all of us at The Detroit Crawl to all of you, we hoped you had a great Love4OneAnother Day today, Monday, 6 September. Wasn't the weather gorgeous too in Detroit and the Midwest -- nice mid-80s weather with low humidity and hardly a cloud in the sky. In case you did not know, the city of Minneapolis in 1999 proclaimed Sept, 6 as "Love 4 One Another Day," in honor of Prince's and Paisley Park's devotion to charitable pursuits. Former Minneapolis Mayor Sharon Sayles Belton (1994-2001) presented Prince with a purple key to the city. The new lyrics on The crawl's homepage reflect the special day. The lyrics are from "Love 4 1 Another," found on Larry Graham and Graham Central Station's "GCS2000." | |
