I don't own The Vault myself, but I think I can say with certainty that it doesn't.
Discussing bootlegs is a big no-no. If Uptown printed bootleg tracklistings or started reviewing
them they'd have Londell down on them like a shot.

Per Nilson's "Prince - A Documentary" did have bootleg info and ratings, but that was over 10 years ago. Time and lawsuits have changed things.
If prince.org were to be made idiot proof, someone would just invent a better idiot.

No. The last time bootlegs were listed was in some early issues of UPTOWN which are now out of print. I always thought they were great issues, but Prince wasn't too happy with them being discussed. That was the major issue that was resolved when he sued UPTOWN. In the end, UPTOWN continued to print all that they wanted, with the exceptions of listing the actual bootlegs on which the songs appeared. That is why UPTOWN was still able to talk about the individual tracks or sessions. It was Alex Hahn that really saved UPTOWN's ass from Prince. Personally, as a writer for UPTOWN, I can tell you many of us owe a debt of gratitude for that to Alex.
The expanded version of my book PRINCE and The Purple Rain Era Studio Sessions 1983-1984 was released in November 2018. (www.amazon.com/gp/product/1538114623/ref=dbs_a_def_rwt_bibl_vppi_i0) or www.facebook.com/groups/1...104195943/
