yes, i collect prince. but he keeps getting away. maybe next time i should poke more holes in the lid of the mason jar i keep him trapped in.

I collect the promotional items. I just got a Prince promo poster from someone who works at the MTA. It was on the side of a city bus. It's huge. I have no room for it, I don't know what to do with it yet.

I wonder how much that Prince comic book is worth now that it is 14 years old. Mine is still in good condition although i wrote "Isaiah" over it in red marker when i was 12 lol.

Unfortunately I have aquired a large collection. I'd sell it in a heartbeat too. Need the money, and the space.

I've gone through his garbage countless times looking for memorabeilia.
Sometimes I come accross old photos and such, but mostly I have to go through heaps of Rib bones, chicken skin, and Este Lauder cosmetics--he goest through those like socks!

i never was too crazy about bootleg audio...(the vids have visuals and sound) but my friend thomas from denmark who is the greatest audio collector i've ever met ! has hooked me up with tons of audio too....i started this thread to maybe meet some people that are into trading or just some likeminded souls....

You know what's weird? I keep buying the magazines he's been in lately but I never read the articles Most of the time I read the articles posted here or on NPGMC, but they all say the same fucking thing after a while so who needs it. BUT, why am I buying these mags? They end up in a pile somewhere, yet I won't toss them out I think I'm wacky

i did until kirky j became his drummer and his band became awful.

now that it kicks ass again, and the internet has something called a high speed connection, i don't purchase bootlegs anymore... but i do buy everything official.

well, that's not true... i haven't purchased an official copy of 'musicology' yet... though i do have 5 copies...

I collect mainly vinyl records : around 1500 at this time.

I just collect the music, so I don't really have any posters or magazines etc.
I do have pretty much everything he's ever released on 7", 12", LP & CD though
(plus a few things he hasn't )
