I was just wondering, since I think this site or actually meeting him are the only reliable sources to get an authentic autograph, but no one answered my question (anyone selling autographs) in the marketplace section. Anyone know?

Prince does not sign autographs anymore. I did meet him at Tower Records in NYC back in July, 1994 when he and the NPG did an instore signing session 2 promote 1-800-NEW-FUNK. It was cool meeting him and chatting 4 a brief minute. He signed a copy of VIBE magazine that he was on the cover of. A pretty cool experience.
I also talked 2 him at the soundcheck at Avery Fisher Hall on the NYC stop 4 the ONA tour. He wasn't signing anything, but he was polite and cool.

Neontelephone, Prince signed 0(+> in gold pen...the rest of the NPG and Nona Gaye and Mayte all signed their names in black pen. It was really cool. When I thanked him 4 all the music he looked at me (thru his sunglasses) and said "My pleasure." He was talking with other fans and joking with his band throughout the signing.
