I'm not a subscriber so I could only look at the top 10 but what number did the Purple Rain DVD finish? I'm assuming GB and UTCM didn't make the top 10.

How is it that Musicology is in the top to for billboard.. but not in the top 20 for R&B?
Could it be that they are not counting the giveaway at the concerts? If so this is not accurate. I know of 4 people personally who went to the concert, got the CD and would have bought it retail.

the giveaways dont count on the r&b chart just the regular album chart..so the r&b chart is just based purely on retail sales

Although the sales r related to the RB album charts its not a direct retionship!!

if u sell the more in retail doesnt mean u will be higher!!

I am not sayihng there is no retaionship

Even look at the rnb catalogue charts VOP is always higher on the pop catalogues but PR is higher on the rnb catalogues but in reality VOP is sellin more so i dont really know how they determine it
