At the end of Alphabet st a woman's voice says

Where's the "G"? !!!!

If this is on purpose then what does it mean?

That kissing argument doesn't stand up because there's no pause between F and H where the G was missed. H is said right when G was expected.

Surely if it was a mistake he would have re-recorded that bit and put it in.

As for "G" being God's letter, that is the answer i expected.

It doesn't mean that it was anything more than a cryptic, illogical response, much like many of the other responses given when the Q & As were provided on the official site - in similar vein to the one to which Jillybean refers, I guess.
