I can easily say after listening to a couple songs after like ten years of not hearing the unpopular songs off that album, its the best album he did. It was ahead of its time for being a retro-psychodelic-rock-funk album. Does the disc include all the B-Sides?

The energy in Temptation. She's Always in My Hair almost sounds like a Beatles classic, no? Pop Life, Rasberry Berry., etc. These songs were a logical progression from Purple Rain and were highly intelligent works. If any of his albums display the large gap in talent from popular contemporary popstars to him, ATWIAD would be it.

Highly likeable album..

The album cover (not CD cover) was almost better than the album..

I would get lost in that album cover, deciphering the hidden pictures and likenesses..
epecially that naked lady mountain landscape (that was some wild shit when I was 15-16 yrs old).

Don't even get me started on the wonderfully spooky Temptation and that creepy conversation with God...
