Thinking 'bout going to another Musicology show...

Is Prince including A Million Days or Cinnamon Girl yet?

not that i've heard - i was just thinking today that i'd flip if i even HEARD about him doing "cinnamon girl", "the marrying kind", "if i was the man in your life" and/or "a million days" live. i think these songs are some of the best songwriting on musicology, and because they don't sound like "obvious" hits i think they've gotten swept under the carpet a bit. sad

I totally agree. Something tells me he's saving these for Europe.

Wouldn't it be especially nice if P would just break loose, set things up at Paisley Park and proceed to play any and everything that isn't an obvious hit? I know I'd b there and loving it!!!

i feel like eventually, he always does come back to doing just that. he might play it off otherwise, but the man knows exactly what obscure little gems to play in order to make his fans completely freak out.

This will be my 3rd show and it just keeps getting better. I thought I was going to explode when he did Controversy/Love Bizarre on night one of June San Jose. Looks like I may be catching the 9/11 San Jose.

It is generic... all the way down to the cover pooptoast
The recording is somewhat demoish and it's not at all what anyone expected.

Maybe he's just coming up for a bit of air.

"damn u" edit love

I've been whining all tour about how he's hardly playing anything from Musicology (that's the name of the friggin' tour, after all!!). sad Maybe he'll quietly do another club tour in 6 months to a year, and play all newer stuff then...? shrug
