I'm doing a survey/paper/study.

Basically, I just need to know why you like Prince and/or his music in 30 words or less. No more than 30 words, PLEASE.

His music appeals to my emotions; talks to me -- plus I'm fascinated by the art of his songwriting and musicianship -- an enigma I hope to unlock and use for myself.

It's simple, he's a total package. Looks to appeal to the more shallow people and phenominal talent to appeal to the rest of us.

what ever feeling or emotion u r going thru, there is at least ONE prince song u can relate 2!!

his music is something very rare to find...when you hear it, you feel it everywhere in your body...he's a true talent, he's different, no one has been able to compare to him and i love that about him...

he's unique, some say strange but thats only cuz they're afraid of what he does and what he is..and for me, i think that's awesome...

he's the man, no one can deny it lol (fine as hell too)

When I first heard of him, He was " that different " singer that wasn't quite like anyone else. His music speaks for itself, plus I love the way he plays the guitar. All kidding aside, His music is incredible.

He is just so passionate about his music. You can tell it really means something to him. Seeing him perform in person is electrifying.

My name is Prince Prolific. 30 studio albums and counting. Boots. Passionate. His hair. Habibi. ? of U. Wont change for anyone. NPGMC. Purple Rain is the most gripping, epic song ever. Always something to look forward to.

His music, his talent, his attitude, and his biracial/bisexual look.

To me he is a phenomenon, he takes ones soul out and afterwards you can never be the same. He says out loud the things most people would not even whisper.

Because he is the most extraordinarily talented musician on the planet!! I can listen to song, after song, after song, after song, after song, after song and never get bored or sick of him.

Oh and like Halle Berry said, "He's sex in boots!" I seriously want to petition Webster's to just put a picture of him up for the definition of sexy!!

Prince has stood the test of time. He hooked me back in 1984 and he can still "bring it" wheather it be looks or music.

I really can't say anything about why I like him. I think I might have known him in a past life or something, I really do. I am just way past being a fan 4 him. I feel close to him. Why? I don't know. He has been through so much through his career, his mother, father, & son, all gone. U really wonder what keeps him still going strong. So maybe that's why I like him, the fact that he has that much power over his feelings where he could do nothing but get better. There is no specific reason why I like him. If someone said his name to me, I'd start bawling in a second. So the question isn't why I like him, it's what's not to like about him. and to answer that question, there isn't anything not to like about him.

Two Reasons:
Reason 1:
Prince’s music gave me an alternative to the mundane, pointless, and utterly unsatisfying musical scene that has accompanied most of my life. And, finally, he was a pioneer in his own right, producing music that was artistically, emotionally, and commercially successful and a companion to me throughout each stage of my life. And one day, when my years are completely and utterly spent, and I’m finally whisked away to that distant place we all must go, his music will probably ease my passing.


Reason 2:
He sings about vaginas.

he's like all good popular artists rolled into one, and Prince is the one.
if u're into non-classical music all u need is Prince
and thats what we like about him, how unique is that?
