I love it. I first heard it when i was like 10 when my mom bought D&P for my B-Day. My brother always thought it was a dumb song, but i really like it. Straight Jacket Funk Affair

Especially when it changes from the soft acapella part to the music. P and Rosie have a good little vibe with their harmonizing going on. They fit so well... I will forever love and miss you...my sweet Prince.

That song confused the hell out of me the first time I heard it. So... Am I supposed to walk, or not? What's sunshine got to do with walking? I thought it was cheesy too, but that damn tune still got stuck in my head, and I needed to hear it again and again. It's a cool little song.

I was confused too at first, but basically P is being sarcastic. "walk on THEIR side of the street. DON'T walk where it feels the best." He's saying the opposite of what it should be. I hate the music but i love the message. I heard that Lisa Bonet directed the video for that song but it was never released

This is one of my least favorite Prince recordings. The message is cool, but the tune is awful.

Elisa fiorillo sounds good on it.....infact her 2 albums wern't that bad! "Loves no fun" is a good song as is "More than love".....anyway.....
Yeah song is good and breaks up what is a very over production heavy album with a simple rather charming song!

I love the car horn parts, and how perfectly they fit the song's key and structure.

I don't. Put it like this, if I had this playing whilst I was stopped at traffic lights, I would have to turn the sound down or even dare I say it skip to "Jug Head"... It's just to embarassing to be caught listening to. [Edited 9/11/04 6:49am] -----------------------------------------
