ok i noticed somethin the other the day while i was thinkin bout some of princes recent interviews...he NEVER gets called out...when he's speakin of computers doin all the work the interviewer NEVER calls him out on it...when he says he doesn't like people doin cover versions of his songs..he NEVER gets called out on it..now these interviewers r either A.stupid or B. Punks.

not sayin' you're wrong, but i'm just interested - if you were the journo, how would you call him out on it?

The Computer Issue

Prince: everything today is prepackaged pop...made by computers...there are no real musicians anymore.

Prince: y'know if Jehovah wanted things to be done by computers he wouldn't have made humans u feel me?

The Cover Song Issue

Me: so prince many people have done cover versions of ur songs

Me: umm Foo Fighters did Darling Nikki..The Residents did 1999...Tom Jones did kiss..Alicia Keys did How come u don't call me..i mean the list goes on and on..how do u feel about that?

Prince: these new artists they need to own their masters..other wise their master will own them. they should go independent...becuz your masters are the most valuble thing u can own if your a musician..i say if ur in it to win it go independent cuz you'll make a whole lot more.
