Daammn! I was just viewing the pics in the gallery and it made me feel all blu again.
Prince and Mayte were Awesome! Even though her talent is limited,somehow they seemed equal together and that's what makes it so hard for me to just move on about it.

I wish she at least became a star in her own right,but it hasn't happend. She's kinda slimmed out,but her early full figured days I would have taken her over Vanity or Carmen!

I was against Mayte from the beginning, but when I got to know her, I found her to be very sweet and caring (at her best anyway). Vanity is my favorite ex of Prince's -- I love to hear her talk and talk and talk -- it's "so exciting."

She's had her time in the spotlight - now that it's over - we should move on.

After I heard Mayte speak in a Tommy Lee special on MTV, she ain't nothing but a hood rat now.

I mean, from Ms. , to "Tommy, U better give up dat Azz tonight!"

Well, I have to give props where props are due. If you saw the Tommy and Pamela sex video...you KNOW WHY women flock to Tommy Lee. Can't hate on Mayte for that.

WOW! I am not that only one. I think that there is absoulutely nothing wrong with Mani although the pictures and everything in that whole era is just like godamn!!! I think that Mayte and Prince just had this thing like they dressed just right together. I also think becuase my favorite album is the gold expeirence and emancipation around the time she was with him. Mayte had the right vibe that flowed with him.

It's because all the Great music came out around the time she was around him...I Suppose the music was a reflection of Prince's experiences at that TIME... His Life has Changed and he's NOt The Same so The Music May Be Reflecting his LIFESTYLE/Experiences Now. Maybe he was doing More Wild Shit. I'll Always be a Mayte fan. I think she's a Great Dancer with a Great Body.
