BBC Radio 2 to Broadcast Prince ATWIAD Doc TONIGHT!!

Just noticed that BBC Radio 2's documentary series "The Critical List" focuses on Around the World in a Day tonight. Its hosted by Music Critic Stuart Maconi, a big fan of Princes 80's output (are'nt we all!). The show is an hour long and starts at 8.00pm GMT.
Its available online, heres the link

i just started listening to it and there are already factual problems with it. Stuart Maconie, the host, claims that this was one of the first albums to feature his studio "Paisley Park". This is not true. it was recorded at Sunset Sound (Paisley Park, Pop Life, Condition of the Heart), Flying Cloud Warehouse (ATWIAD, Tambourine, America), Eden Prarie warehouse (Raspberry Beret), St. Paul Civic Center (The Ladder) and Capital Studios (Temptation).

Much of it was recorded during the PR tour.

Paisley Park Studios weren't completed until 1987.

Much of this radio show isn't even Prince's music. It is about songs/artists that are similar to Prince.

The expanded version of my book PRINCE and The Purple Rain Era Studio Sessions 1983-1984 was released in November 2018. (www.amazon.com/gp/product/1538114623/ref=dbs_a_def_rwt_bibl_vppi_i0) or www.facebook.com/groups/1...104195943/

Yup confused

I checked the tracklist this AM, and saw the only tracks played were the albums' singles (minus America) - Decided to check it out anyway since I like Stuart Maconie.

The rest of the show had some interesting stuff, but had little to do with Prince, pretty disappointing.
