OH YEAH! One negative thing i can think of is that HORRIBLE thing he wore in one of the fifty Gett Off videos. My friend Scully and i named it the BATHING DIAPER. It really looked like a fucking diaper! WHAT WAS HE THINKING? ha ha man that was funny. I recently spoke to an ex-assistant who ultimately was fired for talking to him when she wasn't supposed to or something, and she said that Prince once called her at 4am and said in THAT DEEP VOICE: "it's four o'clock in the morning in minneapolis and i need a CAMEL." She said he would do that all the time with some bizarre request! i thought that was pretty funny y'all. She also said he was impossible because he hasn't lived in reality since he was 18 and he got his record deal. My entry: Being a Prince fan and digesting Prince music is very frustrating the further deep you go. I find it sometimes really easy to be a Prince fan, other times I have a hard time "selling" him to others or being able to prove how amazing he is. Also, his music is so inconsistent (in my tastes), I find myself skipping past prince songs as often as I go out of my way to play them. | |
