Most of them respect his music but wouldn't call themselves fans. Some of the stupid ones who actually believe that he has had his rib removed hate him. I actually catch people laughing at my Prince tattoo's all the time though> It were proper bo I tell the!! Bo Selecta!

I just got that "He's married, i thought he was gay" shit last night. its so tiring. I want to say shut up dumbass, but i do the right thing and educate them. Im gonna introduce one of them to his guitar playing skills. Thats the missing link to all haters. they dont know how incredible he rips up a guitar. Once people see that most of them change their opinion.
Oh yeah....people are stupid. i forgot to say that. (Insert something clever here)

Ha, when my cousin came up from South Carolina to visit, she asked what I had been doing over the summer and I said, "Going to Prince concerts," and she said, "Concerts? How many?" and I told her that I've been to three so far and she said, "Dang, is he still making music?"
Since I'm such a hard core fan, it's strange for me to hear people talk as though they know nothing about Prince. As for co-workers, I work from home, so I don't have that problem. But when I e-mailed them that I was going on vacation, one of my co-workers said, "You are lucky!" She wanted to go to see him in Hartford, but she isn't a hardcore fan (lke I am). She was trying to win tickets off the radio. I couldn't leave it up to that -- winning them on the radio?!? No way. When I told her I was on the floor, section b, row 3, seat 1 -- she said, "I've never been up close for any concert." She's a Madonna enthusiast. The Dreaming Peasant
"Penny, penny bring me luck...." I'm just a child; I'm so darn shy; a knock at the door, and I run to hide.
