Uh, how's about giving it 2 Mariah Carey who has been rumored 2 be at Paisley Park recently.

I think the song is too classy for Britney n more adult.

I could see Mariah wave it along when she says, "but there r lines u never read."

Mariah has the voice to carry this. The only problem is that they will think it is two has-beens helping each other out which is not the case.

Prince would only give her this gem if she stays independant, which for the time being, does look to be the case. Mariah would not get paid what she did last year n in the industrries eyes, would look like a failer. =-/

Prince allready gave the song 2 Jevetta Steele whom made a very nice tune out of it.

So it's highly unlikely that Prince will give it 2 someone else 4 a second time.

The only likely thing I can C right now is that either Prince contributes a song or something 2 Mariah's new recordings [especially since she's got some rec-comp trouble and is starting her own label].

Or some of his fingerprints might end up on Beyoncé Knowles' solo album since rumour's had it the last few years that he wrote 2 trax 4 her album.....

As long as we're talkin' bout Britney in here, I was terrified that her single "I'm a Slave 4 U" was written by Prince simply because of the way the title is written. Thank heaven Prince had nuttin' to do with this one!
