The Flesh Can anybody tell me if the complete Flesh sessions from December 1985 are out there somewhere? I don't understand why Sabotage or Thunderball still haven't released these. I just know I would love 'em to death... This is not music, this is a trip
No, it's not a drug, it's something more hip Don't need no reefer, don't need cocaine Purple music does the same to my brain

Yes I can tell you and the answer is Yes they are somewhere - In Mr Purple Pantses Vault - all we have outside the vault is mentioned below.... "I don't understand why Sabotage or Thunderball still haven't released these. I just know I would love 'em to death..." Only one track is circulating and that is "U Gotta Shake Something" and HAS already been heavily bootlegged by the companies. It is about a 14 minute long live jam.

justhemusic: The Flesh is the predecessor of Madhouse, mostly instrumental jazz-funk jams (core players of The Flesh: Eric, Levi, Sheila, Prince).
FunkyStrange: I have 'U Gotta Shake Something', that's exactly why I wanna hear more! This is not music, this is a trip
