Album Survivor Thread 2004 Edition #3 CLOSED

Hello
Yes there's been plenty a voting and it seems that u guys just don't dig his instrumental music... Last time News had 2 go and this time poor old Xpectation kicks the bucket...

Anyways there's loads of albums 2 choose from smile

Happy voting!!

Rules:

This page contains a list with album titles, U vote the album u like least off the list!! Only one album may be voted off per thread!
The thread will be active for 3 days until i start counting the votes! Then a new thread will appear with the new list !! After a few weeks we will have a new? undisputed best Prince album!!

Some Explanations: I didn't include e.p.s like The Beautiful Experience or C-Note...
I have listed The Truth as a seperate album, cuz it deserves to be recognised as such!
I Have not listed Gold Nigga & Exodus cuz thoise are NPG albums, however I did list New Power Soul cuz it's a P album in disguise
The reason I didn't include Madhouse, because they were not really P albums...They belong on a side project list.

The Albums

For You
Prince
Dirty Mind
Controversy
1999
Purple Rain
Around The World In A Day
Parade
Sign "0"The Times

Why don't you just automatically get rid of all of his internet-related releases... hell, get rid of all of his post-88 output and we'll have a sensible thing going on. wink

No, just kidding.

My choice:

"Slaughterhouse" (altough I don't understand why do these releases count as albums)

Chaos and Disorder...an album so lazy that I am surprised it doesn't end mid song...if it was meant for his friends as the packaging says it is little wonder why p has such a hard time keeping friends.

Must save Slaughterhouse....

The Vault must go!

I saw this preview of Sean of the Dead...the joke is they have to throw vinyl albums to stop these zombies...as they go through the box of vinyl...zombies are coming and they are trying to decide what to throw...

"Purple Rain"
"No"
Sign of the Times"
"No"
"Batman SOundtrack"
"Go for it"

was quite funny.

Slaughterhouse.

I would vote for Chaos & Disorder before this, but I'm voting tactically to save another album that I know everybody hates.
