HELP ME ... need infromation! I need a bit o' historical info... when exactly did Prince & The Revolution split and when did he start the NPG ? Who were the first NPG members? People with creditcards. Note that the NPG nowadays is merely an everchanging group of extraordinary backup-musicians. It used to be his philosophy on the concept band. On this tour, it is: Renato Neto - keyboards (2002 onwards) Chance Howard - keyboards (2003 onwards) Mike Scott - guitars (1996 on- and off) John Blackwell - drums (2001 onwards) Rhonda Smith - bassguitar (1996 on- and off) Maceo Parker - saxophone (1999 on- and off) Candy Dulfer - saxophone (2002 on- and off, and a brief stint in '89) Greg Boyer - saxophone (2002 onwards) Mike Phillips has left again, hasn't he? | |
