If you had to name one thing from your Prince collection that's your most treasured, anything from album to autographs, what would it be?

Mine is a backstage pass for the Sign of the Times tour. Everytime I look at it I imagine what it would have been like to see the concert in person and hang out backstage. (I bought it a while ago online and keep it on my desk)

Well……for my 28th Birthday my Mom & Dad took me out to lunch. This birthday was very special for me because it was the first time I had celebrated my birthday with both my parents at the same time since I was 3. My parents got divorced and it took a while but they were finally able to be friends and that meant the world to me as we sat there at my celbration lunch.

My Mom and Dad excitedly gave me my gift and when I opened it, I almost fell to the floor. My gift was a Platinum Album award for the Purple Rain Album!! My dad found it at an estate sale. That is my most prized Prince possession

I would have 2 say it is my ticket from the first time I got 2 see Prince live. I had been waiting 4 years 2 see him, and he certainly didn't dissapoint me. My girlfriend and I both loved the show, and then we went back 2 the hotel 4 our own private afterparty. I'll remember that night in Vegas as one of the best nights of my life, and the ticket from the show reminds me of it. Whenever I look at it, it always makes me smile.

This may not have much to do with it.....

I feel 2 of my "senses" are my most prized possession when it comes to being a Prince fan. That is, My Eyes and My Ears (I know, that's 2 things) it's just wonderful to use those senses to enjoy his genius.

Eye would say my most prized item would b a ticket stub of 1 of Prince's tours in Germany, my brother saw him there in 1990 when he was in the army, it's cool, it says everything in german except 4 the name Prince.

I would have to say the assless yellow pants I bought at auction on ebay.

They're a little small though and my children are embarassed to be seen with me.

I would have to say a pair of assless yellow pants that I used to own -- but I sold them to some sap on ebay to get money to buy ripple. heh heh sucker!

My backstage pass from the Northrup celebration, it was my 30th b-day and I was able to shake Prince's hand. Also my copy of "Small CLub"

Also, just as important to me if not more so, is my drum lid from Blackwell, he is so sweet.

i loved reading the story about the platinum record for a birthday gift.
kinda reminds me of my father in law, he is so sweet he knows i love prince, and he is always looking for things i don't have to add to my collection.
one day he gave me a collection of buttons one was the size of my head...i was cracking up..like id ever wear that one.
IM sure id get my ass kicked walking around with that big button. but its really cool he thinks of me and knows me well enough to get me stuff id want.

A cloth embroidered napkin that were at the tables for his wedding, its a mixture of the and M (for Mayte). I've got it framed, very cool!
