What songs would you like to see Prince perform that he's never done live? Here are some that I'd like to see him perform with his current touring band...
Don't Play Me Crystal Ball Girl Power Fantastic We Can Funk (of course with the '86 arrangement) Sexual Suicide Tamborine Strange But True She Spoke 2 Me Movie Star La, La , La, He, He, Hee (I know he incorporated part of it into the Lovesexy Shows, but I'd live to hear the whole 12" version) Cool (I think he played this during a rehearsal, but I'd love to see him do the full song to reclaim it. The lyrics fit Prince very well) I don't think he's performed any of these live yet, but of course I may be wrong. What are some other suggestions? | |

Yes, I wish he'd play "Don't Play Me'' live. As well as most of the stuff he wrote for The Time. I don't think he played Ur Gonna See Me in the Buffalo concert I saw, but that would be great to experience live, too.
Some others he may have done but I haven't experienced are: 17 Days (love the reggae undertone) Another Lonely Christmas (love the rock guitar and the ''funky'' chord progression) When Will We B Paid? (crushed the guitar solo, nailed the emotional growls "I wanna know, I wanna know, Ahhhhh, wanna know!'') Something In the Water (great drum programming, crazy screams, lush and wavy synths, what guy or gal has felt this way?). Crazy You (sweet acoustic guitar work). | |

The Rainbow Connection has to be one of my all time favorite songs (I'm serious).
I would love to see him take a couple minutes at the piano and work this into the set. I'd be all smiles  ~When you understand why you dismiss all other gods, then you will understand why I dismiss yours~ | |

1.) Power Fantastic - My favorite Prince song. I love it when he does errie piano stuff live. 2.) We Can Funk - Like the version from the Crucial bootleg 3.) In All My Dreams - (I can see him goin on a little jazz tangent with this one during the instrumental part, I also dig where it builds up at the end.) | |

I think the current lineup should unleash some of the unreleased Madhouse tracks live as well, 17 (Penetration) and 18 (R U Legal yet?) would blow people's minds...and the groves would work well with the current TRC material. | |
