Watching the Lovesexy concert video again last night, and I still can’t work out what one of the tunes is – it isn’t listed on the bax track-listing, but comes between ‘Head’ and ‘When U Were Mine’. I can’t even catch most of the lyrics, but the ‘chorus’ goes ‘Cos that’s what we are…something, something, something’ and then there’s a line about doing stuff ‘in the back of a limousine’. It does sound fam,iliar, so I’m sure I’ll feel stupid when I find out what it is. Please help.

I haven't seen that video but from what you're describing it sounds like "Love Bizarre" by Sheila E.....there's a line of the song that says "it gets kinda rough in the back of our limosine"...."cos that's what we are, we all want a love bizarre...."
Maybe that's it? Sheesh, I need a life....!

PS - you should definitely try and get a copy of the video - it's split in two between the 'dark' first half (Head, Controversy, Bob George) and the 'light' second half (Lovesexy tracks, Purple Rain, 1999). Anna Stesia and Let's Go Crazy are particularly brilliant.

by the way sinaplenty, I have a copy of the Lovesexy tour on one tape, recorded from Wired (channel 4 in the UK) late one Friday night in 1988! Quality is awful now, because it's been watched so much, but I've seen the split vids and this is better - I'm sure there's stuff missing!
