Life'O' The Party.... I don't know why but i always thought that ending part was about Michael Jackson when i listen to it but when i read the lyrics it's hard to decide.

Well, the deciding factor to me is whether or not he says "that's the other guy." I've changed my mind on this numerous times. The vocal is so quick, and so faint--he's clearly saying something, but I can't tell if I just had that planted in my mind by reading too many posts here. Of course, I still think he's talking about Dr. Dre and Em.
Oh, and by the way, I'm also a recent convert on the greatness of this song overall. Lyrics still kinda dumb...but the music is BANGING | |

"Even Dre and them know it's ok" refers to Andre3000 and hip hoppers in general... I think... Thanks for the laughs, arguments and overall enjoyment for the last umpteen years. I think he is talking about MJ because MJ is the only one who was publicized like crazy 4 it. So while Prince was writting the song, MJ was probably the first person that came to his mind. Probably.  ------;;;;;' | |
