Do you gain from knowing this scoop? Mayte was just a dancer. She can't sing. If she hadn't hooked up with someone in the game, she wouldn't be in it. If someone truly care whether or not she's dating someone famous, gets offers, yada, yada, I would say that they need to get a grip. It's not like she's a fantastically gifted musician, artist, scientist, etc. She's just a fine woman who will be relegated to small guest spots on TV and make-up ads. Period. | |

Cool, she's gonna be showing off her talents, which presumably means no more music, since she couldn't sing for shit. Actually, I'm gonna retract this statement, I had Race on today, and I realised how suiting Mayte's backing vocals are. As a lead vocalist, she's too weak, but she added a real nice sound with her BGs to the sounds from that era. | |

The Post and the Daily News are publications which are not bastions of journalistic integrity. I'm not saying that ALL their 'news' and the articles they print are completely, inherently erroneous or poorly researched, but those particular papers are notorious for..erm..not always getting the facts correct and for relying heavily on gossip and sensationalistic slants on things to sell copies. What I'm saying is use a bit common sense and discretion as to the sources of your information. Some publications are more thorough, reliable, and have more credibility than the Post or Daily News. Understand? Or do you just blindly believe anything that's been put in print, just because it WAS put in print? Someone I knew was that way, bless her heart. This person totally believed everything she read in the Enquirer and would say: "Well, they wouldn't print it if it weren't TRUE!" | |

Well Zelaira, Tommy was NOT high on Howard Stern. Those of us that know Tommy knows that he is a very nervous talker, he has ADD and that is just how he talks. Sure he does drink, when he goes to parties and such, but who doesn't??? Tommy has not touched drugs the whole time he was with mayte. So unless you know tommy, don't make accusations. DAMN!!!
