New Power Soul So.....does ANYONE like NPS? I don't particularly care for it, but then again, I don't know if I ever really gave it enough of a chance. there are several songs on there that i like, but as a whole, i don't enjoy listening to the album from beginning to end. when that record goes crappy, it goes all the way.  | |

My sentiments exactly. "Come On" is pretty cool & stuff...but I can never listen to the whole album from start to finish. By St. Boogar and all the saints at the backside door of Purgatory! | |

yeah, I would have to agree, I like a few songs and it is a CD that I pull out when I am absolutely sick of everything else. But that doesn't happen often! U want me to swivel in your love seat, don't

I only like a very few tracks on this album. This album disappointed me more than any other Prince album. Andy is a four letter word. | |

I used 2 listen 2 this album quite alot when it came out. The 1998 tour (though a very disappointing tour) made me love the cd even more... However these days i don't listen 2 it that much anymore...
I especially used 2 love : New Power Soul, tight and funky groove with a nice rap towards the end of the song, The One, a nice and slow love song, which is very stimulating whenever I'm around my girlfriend 
It also contains some of his worst songs ever: Freaks On This Side & Push It Up, damn how I used 2 hate those 2 songs..... "Time is a train, makes the future the past" | |
