The Prince tracks released on NPGMC

I just downloaded Silver Tongue (demo) and The United States of Division from NPGMC and have previously downloaded The Chocolate Invasion and Magnificent and plan to download Slaughterhouse, too. So far, so good. biggrin

A few weeks ago, I saw N.E.W.S at my local record store and bought it (I prefer CD to downloads), and it says it was recorded on February 6th, but what year? It says 2002 on the CD and 2003 on the cover. headlp

I've also downloaded the Hawaii and Bataclan live-singles from NPGMC. Does anyone know what dates those performances were recorded? Didn't you mention being present at the Bataclan-show, Gooey? So you must know, right? headlp

And not having been a member of the NPGMC, I have no idea what years (and months) C-Note and Xpectation were originally made available for members. Could some please enlighten me? headlp

And are C-Note and Xpectation worth the long downloading-time? (I'm on a dial-up connection.) Recommendations, please. batting eyes

I suppose what I'm really looking for is a chronological run-through of all NPGMC-releases this side of the year 2000. Can anyone supply that? pray

It will be greatly appreciated. Anyone? Anyone? Anyone?

I've never heard a proper explanation why NEWS has 2002 on the disc.
If prince.org were to be made idiot proof, someone would just invent a better idiot.

It was probably recorded in 2002. And didn't I read somewhere that N.E.W.S is actually the Madhouse tracks Uno, Dos, Tres and unnamed recorded 26th June 1988? confuse

ANYWAYS... I checked on Dawnation and found most of the info I was looking for, but I still don't know about C-Note. Was it released to members of the NPGMC prior to 2004? And if so, where does it fit - in between Xpectaion and N.E.W.S? Or what? Where? HOW?! headlp

Just to fill in one of those questions, Xpectation was made available 1st January 2003, and C-Note as bonus either the same day, or very shortly after (I forget!)

Also, this a good thread over at HQ about the differences between the previously released material on TCI and TSH: http://www.housequake.com...adid=16314
