This tour was my first Prince concert and it was really disappointing. None of the excitement and imagery that was apparent on the previous two tours.

I have watched the show on video since then and have to say that the opening sequence is great.

You can post it as many times as you want... it's still not the Blue Angel. A little misleading if you ask me.

Excellent tour -- on a good night. Not as conceptually adventurous as SOTT or Lovesexy, but a solid show with a devastating live arrangement of "Alphabet St." as one of many musical higlights. The first twenty minutes/half hour may be the most entertaining concert experience of his (or anybody's) touring career. The Tokyo and especially La Coruna boots are fire, get them immediately.
